Job Summary
Understand and implement the dealership sales process, owning every aspect from prospecting to vehicle delivery. Present and demonstrate inventory while reviewing, updating, and managing daily inventory reports. Create and execute strategies for increasing market share, preparing monthly plans with sales leadership to maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to standards. Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification, ensuring familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
