Job Summary
Provide personal care, companionship, household help, and transportation to 3-4 seniors daily via 45-minute to 2-hour visits. Support multiple clients in their homes through shorter, meaningful trips while maintaining a team-based approach with steady communication. Deliver weekday shifts from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, utilizing an iPhone or Android smartphone for required work apps. Transport clients using your own vehicle with a valid license and auto insurance. Maintain an active Home Care Aide registration in California and a clean Live Scan background check.
Required Qualifications
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California
- Must be registered with the state
- Must have passed your Live Scan background check
- Must be listed as active
- Consistent availability Monday-Friday
- iPhone or Android smartphone
- Active driver's license
- Auto insurance with yourself listed as the driver
- Own car to transport clients
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proven reliability
