Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat while identifying sales opportunities and promoting products. Maintain deep knowledge of clients' logistics and truck business offerings to address questions and drive sales targets. Build strong customer relationships, provide timely updates on orders, and keep detailed records of interactions. Work onsite in the FB area from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am with a budget of 150k. Join our fast-growing Canadian company operating in Pakistan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 2+ years in sales and customer support service
- Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- 6:00 pm to 2:00 am shift availability
- Onsite location in FB area
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a call center or BPO environment (preferred)
