Urgent need - Physical Therapist - Home Health Care

Physical Therapist providing per-diem home health care with inpatient rehab experience focus. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients across the lifespan using a wide variety of therapeutic interventions, coordinating with disciplines, promoting patient self-determination, and guiding discharge planning. Pediatric-focused duties included, requiring evaluation and treatment of infants to 18-year-olds when needed, with potential float to adult units. Maintains comprehensive rehabilitation programs, utilizes EPIC for charting, and adheres to growth and development principles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, NM license, and BLS at time of hire. New graduates are encouraged to apply; Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred. Experience less than one year preferred. Position is PRN (as-needed).
