Job Summary
Provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in a post-acute care setting. Welcome new grads. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to Life Care's policies and Code of Conduct. Implement and interpret departmental programs and participate in compliance training; read, write, speak, and understand English. Lifecare facilities include SNFs offering long-term care and short-term rehab, with emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program (ASOT)
