Urgent Need - Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Job

Urgent need for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed OT in a post-acute skilled nursing facility setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve functional progress and improved quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing and interpreting department programs and policies, maintaining patient rights and safety, following Life Care standards and compliance training, utilizing therapy software, and delivering excellent customer service with a professional demeanor. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email; communicate effectively with patients, families, and other departments; read, write, speak, and understand English.
