Job Summary
Cover the full Franklin County area by performing lawn maintenance, boarding, lock changes, minor and major repairs, eviction services, roof work, winterization, inspections, and rehab as assigned. Submit to and pass an Aspen Grove background check. Prepare bids and reports for approved assignments. This contractor role supports natPROpres's nationwide property preservation operations, delivering quality work order completions with guaranteed on-time payments and non-saturated coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to submit to and pass Aspen Grove background check
- Must be able to cover the full county they live in
- Must be able to complete Lawn Maintenance
- Must be able to complete Boarding
- Must be able to complete Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
- Must be able to complete Minor Repairs
- Must be able to complete Major Repairs
- Must be able to complete Eviction Services
- Must be able to complete Roof Repair
- Must be able to complete Replacement & Tarps
- Must be able to complete Winterization
- Must be able to complete Prepare Bids & Reports
- Must be able to complete Inspections
- Must be able to complete Rehab
- GC work if you have a license
