Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric nursing care to patients, delivering licensure‐compliant, high-quality services within the patient’s home. Maintain updated clinical records, collaborate with physicians on care plans, educate patients and caregivers, participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement activities, and support mentoring of new staff. Role requires travel to patients’ homes and schedule flexibility (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays; 3p–11p and alternate Saturdays/Sundays 7a–3p), with a 1:1 patient focus and adherence to policies, state Nurse Practice Acts, and applicable regulations. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of employment or multistate license (ECN)
- 1 year of demonstrated nursing experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- Clear background screening
- CPR certification (in-person instructor led)
- Hep B screening (where required by state)
- TB screening (2-step or 1-step with documentation)
- Ability to read and communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts
- Documentation and maintaining patient records
