Job Summary
1:1 home health nursing for an 85-year-old female in a private, family-oriented home. Provide skilled nursing care including trach care, vent care, and indwelling catheter management; administer medications; monitor and document vital signs; assist with daily living activities; maintain clear communication with family and care teams; ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Full-time and part-time shifts available, with day, night, and weekend coverage. Active Michigan RN or LPN license required; prior home care/private duty experience preferred; tra ch/vent experience a plus (training provided).
Required Qualifications
