Lead CNAs provide relief during caregivers’ emergency leaves, traveling to client locations within a 30-minute to one-hour window to ensure uninterrupted care. Responsibilities include promptly attending to relief requests, traveling to assigned client sites, delivering high-quality client care, maintaining open communication with the team about schedules and client progress, and adhering to care guidelines and protocols. Requires valid CNA certification, caregiving experience, strong communication skills, composure under pressure, and flexibility to travel on short notice.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in caregiving or related roles
