Job Summary
Provide compassionate personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility transfers while accompanying clients to appointments. Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions and build meaningful relationships to support independence. Must be comfortable working in homes with cats and dogs and physically able to assist with client transfers. Flexible scheduling available for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be physically able to assist with client transfers and lifting as required for the client's care plan.
- Must be comfortable working in homes with cats and dogs.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home care, PCA, or CNA experience preferred.
- Current CNA certification is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred).
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional attitude.
