Conduct regular inspections of common areas and vacant units to ensure they meet market-ready standards, prepare units for turnover, and maintain detailed records of all activities and supply inventories. Address routine maintenance requests promptly, including leak repairs, painting, and smoke detector installations, to minimize reliance on external vendors. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in various weather conditions, including an on-call rotation. Candidates must be able to lift objects over 50 lbs. and possess basic skills in electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry, with HVAC certification being a significant advantage.
