Job Summary
Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) needed to provide one-on-one home care across Lowell, Chelmsford, Framingham, Billerica, and surrounding communities along the I-495 belt. Deliver comprehensive PT services in patients’ homes, perform initial evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and quality of life, and document progress per standards. Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care; maintain a safe, professional therapy environment; travel within assigned service areas as needed. Requires graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and MA PT license; 2 years home care/Skilled Nursing/sub-acute rehab experience preferred but not required. 40 hours/week with competitive salary of $110,000–$125,000 annually plus performance-based bonus, health insurance, PTO, and company perks. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license in Massachusetts
- 2 years home care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a full-time caseload
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned service areas
