Conduct customer support operations on the E-Health platform for clients in Braga or Aveiro, requiring French C2 or native fluency. Manage inquiries and resolve issues during Mon–Fri shifts from 07:00–17:30 with weekends off, adhering to a rotational schedule. Candidates must reside in Braga or Aveiro; relocation is not supported. This role supports the company's digital health initiatives by ensuring seamless user experience for French-speaking patients and providers.
