Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Provide companionship, accompany clients on outings, and support ambulation and safe transfers. Remind clients of medication and follow individualized care plans while completing required documentation. Travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, daytime, evening, or weekend shifts at $20–$23 per hour.
