Job Summary

Provide outstanding patient care in a fast-paced urgent care clinic, managing wound management, ear infections, vomiting, diarrhea, and euthanasia for canine and feline patients. Perform hands-on animal handling including patient restraint, sample collection, and monitoring while executing clinical skills such as phlebotomy, catheter placement, laboratory analysis, and drug calculation. Assist with facility maintenance and deliver client education. This full-time role requires regular on-site presence, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician
  • Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs
  • Animal handling experience including patient restraint, sample collection, and monitoring
  • Clinical skills including phlebotomy, catheter placement, laboratory analysis, and drug calculation
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior experience working with animals in a hospital setting
