Urgent Care Veterinary Practice Manager

UrgentVet seeks a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead after-hours urgent care operations, oversee day-to-day hospital activities, drive team culture, manage veterinary business operations, advocate for patients with a Pet-First, Client-First philosophy, engage with referring veterinarians and local partners, and ensure operational efficiency and financial stability. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations, requires scheduling 40-45 hours per week with occasional longer hours, and includes nights, weekends, and holidays (no overnights). The candidate should bring emotional intelligence, effective communication, team management, business acumen, leadership, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to foster a positive, inclusive work environment in a veterinary setting.
