Responsibilities include patient advocacy with a Pet-First, Client-First approach, community engagement and brand ambassadorship, cultivating collaboration with referring veterinarians, and maintaining an inclusive work environment. The role emphasizes leadership, team development, operational efficiency, financial stability, and alignment with UrgentVet’s ethos. Requires experience in veterinary medicine, people management, and the ability to work alongside veterinarians; schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays with no overnights, and duties revolve around managing after-hours care delivery and team performance.
