Job Summary
Lead and grow the Urgent Care service within an established 8-doctor small animal practice. Spearhead urgent care appointments and same-day medical cases, drive diagnostic and treatment planning, and build strong client relationships through exceptional communication. Collaborate with a multi-doctor team in a flexible schedule that includes evenings and rotating Saturdays, with no overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities.
