Job Summary
Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach while managing a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours. Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership to grow relationships within the practice and the community. Encourage support staff growth through the internal LevelUp training program. Handle common urgent cases like wound management, ear infections, vomiting, and diarrhea in a single-doctor swing or second shift. This role emphasizes a Fear Free, Feline Friendly approach without abdominal surgeries or wellness visits, utilizing cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and in-house lab equipment.
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
