Urgent Care, Telehealth/Virtual Urgent Care Physicians

Urgent Care, Telehealth Physician role offering flexible, largely virtual care with optional in-person/hybrid opportunities. Provide exceptional virtual care including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment; order and interpret lab tests; collaborate with nurses, physician assistants, and a support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care; maintain medical documentation for continuity of care; stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices. Requires active medical license in at least three U.S. states (prefer five) with willingness to obtain additional licenses (assistance provided). The role supports setting your own schedule and can be performed from anywhere, with most services virtual and occasional hybrid/in-person opportunities. Compensation includes $35 per consult, with high earners reported around $200 per hour and potential annual earnings well above $400K for top physicians; success metric includes committing to 15-20 hours per week. Training on telemedicine platforms and EMRs is provided, and onboarding may include buprenorphine training.
