Job Summary
Physician-led telehealth urgent care position offering flexible scheduling and virtual patient care across states. Provide virtual assessments, determine treatment plans, order and interpret tests, maintain medical records, and collaborate with a support team to ensure quality care. Requires active medical license in at least three states (preferably five) with willingness to obtain more; experience in telehealth or high-volume settings; comfort using EMR/telemedicine platforms; and dedication to addiction treatment expansion. Fully virtual services with in-person hybrid opportunities possible; Pittsfield, MA base with US-wide remote work options and comprehensive licensing support. Compensation includes $35 per consult and potential earnings around $200 per hour, with many physicians earning over $400K annually; onboarding includes applicable buprenorphine training and malpractice insurance coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed physician in at least three U.S. states (or willing to obtain additional licenses)
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs
- Open to flexible schedules and remote work
- Buprenorphine training may be part of onboarding
- Malpractice insurance covered
