Job Summary
Conduct after-hours urgent care for canine and feline patients, managing multiple patients and varying priorities within allotted timeframes. Handle common urgent cases including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. Promote the human-animal bond through exceptional client experience while maintaining leadership standards. Work weekday shifts from 3-11pm and weekend shifts from 10am-8pm at our 7-day-a-year, 365-day-a-year clinic. Utilize cloud-based electronic medical records and digital x-ray for efficient, paperless care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be working
