Job Summary
Greet patients, welcome them into the Centre, and collect and enter patient details into the database. Schedule appointments when required, answer telephone calls and enquiries, and provide administration support along with other ad hoc duties. Maintain a professional presentation and adhere to child safety policies, including completing mandatory training on commencement and annually. This Casual Medical Receptionist role is based in Southport and requires a working with children's check and relevant police checks.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Neat and professional presentation
- Comply with child safety policies and the Code of Conduct
- Complete mandatory child safety training on commencement and annually
- Maintain professional standards that support the safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable people
- provide a Working with Children's check
- National Police check if not already obtained
- International police check where relevant
Desired Qualifications
