Job Summary
Greet patients, collect and enter patient details into the database, schedule appointments, answer telephone calls and enquiries, and perform administration support and ad hoc duties. This Casual Medical Receptionist role is based in Kedron urgent care practice within the ForHealth Group, which manages 95+ medical centres and provides over 8 million patient consultations annually. Candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail, with knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech being an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Working with Children's check
- National Police check
- International police check where relevant
- Compliance with child safety policies and the Code of Conduct
- Completion of mandatory child safety training on commencement and annually
- Maintenance of professional standards that support the safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable people
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech
