Job Summary
Be the first point of contact in urgent care, performing triage with accuracy and empathy, and delivering hands-on nursing care (e.g., suturing, plastering) in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Collaborate with Urgent Care Medical Practitioners to identify appropriate patients, escalate emergencies, maintain meticulous documentation, and provide patient-centered care while supporting education and safety initiatives. Must hold current AHPRA RN registration, be available for evenings and weekends, and have 3+ years of experience in ED/triage/ICU-remote nursing with relevant checks (Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check). Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Available evenings and weekends
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting OR 3 years of triage experience OR 3 years of experience in ICU, CCU, Rural or remote nursing
- Working with Children’s check and National Police check if not already obtained
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
