Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician needed for MercyOne Waterloo. Full-time, hospital-employed opportunity in a busy Urgent Care team with no call requirements. Competitive compensation includes a $290,000 salary guarantee plus production incentive, starting bonus of $100,000, a $40,000 longevity bonus after Year 3, and a $15,000 relocation allowance. Comprehensive benefits, malpractice and tail coverage, and PSLF eligibility. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and weekends 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; holidays vary. MercyOne offers 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans, CME allowance, and generous time off. Located in the Waterloo region of Iowa; MercyOne is part of Trinity Health with a broad network in the region.
