Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician needed for MercyOne Waterloo; full-time hospital-employed position with no call requirements. Clinic hours Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Weekends 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; holiday hours vary. Compensation includes a $290,000 salary guarantee with production incentive, plus a $100,000 starting bonus, $40,000 longevity bonus at year 3, and a $15,000 relocation allowance. Employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage, along with comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, life; short-term disability; optional long-term disability), retirement plans (403(b) with employer match, 457(b)), generous time away, and CME allowance.
