Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician needed for MercyOne Waterloo's busy Urgent Care team. Full-time, hospital-employed position with no call requirements, offering a competitive compensation package including a $290,000 salary guarantee with production incentive, starting bonus, relocation allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Must be BC/BE and able to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered urgent care setting with flexible clinic hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends 10:00 AM–6:00 PM). PSLF-eligible through MercyOne's non-profit system; strong work-life balance emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE physician in urgent care
- Board certification/eligibility in emergency medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine commonly accepted for urgent care roles
