Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician needed for a full-time, hospital-employed role at MercyOne Waterloo. Board-certified/board-eligible physicians join a busy Urgent Care team with no call requirements and flexible clinic hours. Compensation includes a $290,000 salary guarantee with production incentives, a $100,000 starting bonus, a $40,000 longevity bonus after Year 3, and a $15,000 relocation allowance. Employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage, comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision/life), short-term disability (long-term disability optional), and robust retirement plans (403(b) with match and 457(b)) are offered. CME allowance of $6,000 annually; PSLF eligibility and generous time away up to 31 days per year. MercyOne is a non-profit system with extensive hospitals/clinics across Iowa and surrounding states. Location: Waterloo, IA area with hospital-based Urgent Care responsibilities.
