Join MercyOne Waterloo as a BC/BE Urgent Care physician in a full-time, hospital-employed role. Busy Urgent Care team with no call requirements and clinic hours including weekdays and weekend coverage; competitive compensation with a $290,000 salary guarantee plus incentives, a $100,000 starting bonus, a $40,000 three-year longevity bonus, and a $15,000 relocation allowance. Required Qualifications
