Job Summary
Urgent Care physician needed to join MercyOne Waterloo's busy, hospital-employed Urgent Care team. Full-time role with clinic hours including weekdays and weekends, no call requirements, and a robust compensation package featuring a $290,000 salary guarantee with production incentive, starting bonus, relocation allowance, malpractice and tail coverage, comprehensive benefits, generous leave, CME stipend, and PSLF eligibility. Located in Waterloo, IA within MercyOne Northeast Iowa's multi-hospital system; support from a large network of providers and facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine with Urgent Care experience
- MD or DO degree
- Medical license to practice in Iowa
- Ability to obtain/maintain hospital privileges and malpractice tail coverage
