Job Summary
The position requires a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician (MD or DO) qualified for Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. Responsibilities include practicing in emergency medicine, providing excellent patient care, and actively teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Candidates must complete an emergency medicine residency and fellowship, be ABEM board certified, and be eligible for a medical license in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
- Completion of an emergency medicine residency program
- Completion of an emergency medicine fellowship program for internal medicine and/or family medicine board certified physicians
- Eligible for state medical license
Desired Qualifications
- ABEM board certification
- Eligibility in WV and PA
