Job Summary
Join Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care as a Physician providing a range of clinical services including examining and treating patients with acute conditions, taking medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, and supervising advanced practice providers. The role requires board certification, an active state medical license, and 2-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in urgent care or emergency medicine. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Active state medical license
- 2–5 years of post-residency clinical experience
- At least 18 months in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience treating patients across all age groups
- Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting
- Proficiency in reading EKGs and X-rays
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers
