Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician needed to join MercyOne Waterloo’s busy Urgent Care team. This full-time hospital-employed role offers a predictable schedule with clinic hours Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, weekends 10am-6pm, and no call requirements. Competitive compensation includes a $290K salary guarantee with production incentives, starting bonus of $100K, longevity bonus of $40K after Year 3, and a $15K relocation allowance, plus comprehensive benefits and PSLF eligibility. MercyOne is a nonprofit system in Iowa with broad physician support and a dedicated recruitment team. Location: Waterloo, IA.
