Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician needed for busy and well-established Urgent Care Clinic in Redding, CA. Join Dignity Health Medical Group-NorthState as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician in a physician-led multi-specialty group with strong mentorship and a signing bonus with relocation incentive. Provide urgent care medical services, diagnose and treat conditions, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, perform surgical and non-surgical procedures, ensure accurate documentation, collaborate with healthcare teams, engage in quality assurance and continuous learning, and participate in a PSLF-eligible role with generous benefits. The clinic operates 7 days a week with shift-based compensation; full-time is 168 shifts/year with an option for extra shifts at a per-shift rate. License requirements include California medical license and board eligibility/certification in the relevant specialty.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
