Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician needed for a busy Urgent Care Clinic in California. The role supports a physician-led, multi-specialty group with strong mentorship and physician support. Eligible for PSLF with a signing bonus and relocation incentive. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and performing surgical and non-surgical procedures as appropriate. Emphasis on effective communication with patients and families, accurate documentation and coding, collaboration with healthcare teams, participation in quality assurance and ongoing education. Full-time, shift-based schedule with weekend coverage (one weekend per month); clinic operates 7 days a week; weekdays consist of 10-hour shifts and weekends 8-hour shifts. Minimum qualifications include an unrestricted CA medical license and board eligibility/certification; completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specified medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- California medical license (valid and unrestricted)
