Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician needed for busy Urgent Care Clinic in Redding, CA. Board eligible or board certified in the specified medical specialty, with a valid California medical license. Join a physician-led, professionally managed practice affiliated with a large health system, offering strong mentorship and a competitive compensation package with signing bonus and relocation incentive. PSLF eligible position with generous health benefits and substantial time away from work. Shift-based schedule: full-time, 168 shifts/year with option for extra shifts, one weekend per month, 10-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, pre- and post-operative care, effective communication with patients and families, accurate documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams, along with ongoing quality improvement and adherence to regulations. Required Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
