Job Summary
Provide acute and convenience care to patients of all ages, including young children, within Toluca Lake and Burbank urgent care centers. Collaborate with UCLA physician colleagues and manage telehealth appointments as needed. Utilize Epic Systems for clinical documentation and adhere to the certified patient-centered medical home model. This role offers a flexible schedule that may include extended hours or weekends. Base salary ranges from $270,000 to $500,000 annually, with additional income determined by productivity models and quality incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- California licensed or license-eligible
- Must be comfortable with all ages, including young children
