Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician (BE/BC) to join Sutter East Bay Medical Group's busy Urgent Care division in the East Bay. Full-time position with 1.0 FTE (16.5 shifts per month), flexible hours, and no overnight shifts. Requires BE/BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine and an active CA medical license; four site availability (Antioch, Berkeley, Castro Valley, Orinda). On-site laboratory, imaging and ultrasound support. Join a large multi-specialty group with 400+ clinicians across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. The role emphasizes urgent care duties across multiple sites with a focus on patient-centered care and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Active and unrestricted California medical license
- Must be flexible to work at four sites: Antioch, Berkeley, Castro Valley and Orinda
- At least 2-years of experience in Urgent Care preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
