Urgent Care Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Full Time

Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions while triaging patients to maintain a smooth clinic flow of 4-5 patients per hour. Order and interpret diagnostic tests including x-rays, labs, and EKGs, and perform procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications. Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists, utilizing immediate access to supervisors or experienced colleagues for support. Manage patient care within a national network utilizing CarbyOS, our proprietary AI-powered EHR system designed to reduce administrative burden. Earn a base salary between $96,330 and $131,450, with additional productivity bonuses up to 28% of base salary and weekend/holiday differentials.
