URGENT CARE Physician Assistant

Urgent Care Physician Assistant needed to join an on-site team supporting physicians and staff in an Ocean City, MD urgent care clinic. The PA will be involved in seeing patients of all ages, performing laceration repairs, I&D of abscesses, foreign body removal, toe nail removal, and managing minor fractures/dislocations with splinting and stabilization. The role requires familiarity with basic EKG and X-ray interpretation, operating in a facility with rapid in-house lab testing, digital x-ray, and orthopedic supplies, and collaborating with a team including front desk staff, medical assistants, and radiology personnel. Compensation includes productivity-based bonus, health/dental/vision/life insurance, malpractice coverage, a 401(k) plan with safe harbor contributions, licensure maintenance fees, CME expenses, paid time off, and relocation stipend. NCCPA certification, BLS (eligible for ACLS), Maryland licensure, and the ability to treat patients of all ages are required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
