Job Summary
As a Per Diem Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Carbon Health, you will conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for various urgent care conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform urgent care procedures, and collaborate with peers to enhance patient outcomes. You will have access to cutting-edge technology, including CarbyOS, and will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Applicants must hold either a valid state license and national certification as a Physician Assistant or an RN license with NP certification, along with a valid DEA license.
Required Qualifications
- Medical/Master’s degree with valid state license and national certification for Physician Assistant
- RN license and NP certification with valid state license for Nurse Practitioner
- Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to treat patients of all ages
- DOT Certification (to be obtained before start)
- BLS and/or ACLS certification (to be obtained before first day)
