Job Summary
Pediatric urgent care NP or PA needed in Franklin Square, NY to provide urgent and episodic care for infants through young adults in a fast-paced pediatric urgent care setting. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and minor injuries, performing urgent care procedures (laceration repair, abscess drainage, foreign body removal), delivering reassurance and clear communication to families, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to support patient flow, maintaining documentation in athenaOne EMR, and supporting telemedicine initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State NP or PA License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- DEA Registration
- Urgent Care and/or Emergency Department experience preferred
- EMR experience preferred (athenaOne a plus)
