Job Summary
Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support in an Urgent Care setting. Schedule is Monday–Sunday, 12pm–10:30pm with every other weekend rotation (40-hour week total). Outpatient cases with three patients per day, 20-minute evaluations for in-person and video visits, 10 minutes for telephone visits. Providers must manage higher acuity cases and be comfortable with fractures, suturing, X-rays, toenail removal, and episodic “same day” visits. ER experience is a plus. Credentialing timeframe is 90 days. California license required. Location is in Berlin, NH (US). AMN Healthcare provides malpractice insurance options and handles travel, lodging, and transportation for locum providers.
