Job Summary
Deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients across ages in a remote-first urgent care setting. Responsibilities include providing urgent/primary care via telemedicine, collaborating with an integrated medical practice, and leveraging electronic medical records. Requires board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 3+ years in high-volume urgent care or primary care, multi-state licensure (5+ preferred), and strong patient engagement and communication skills. This is a Full-Time role with 40 hours/week, and involves a remote-first culture with potential for varied shifts and state-specific licensure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status
