Job Summary
Deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across the lifespan in a remote-first environment. Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams, diagnose and treat a broad range of acute, chronic, and mental health conditions, order/interpret diagnostic tests, develop and document timely treatment plans, provide cross-coverage for lab results, and educate patients and families. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, modified full-time, and part-time shifts with evenings and weekends; practice utilizes telemedicine tools and electronic medical records. Requires an accredited FNP program graduate with active NP license, RN licensure, multi-state licensure (5+ preferred), and 3+ years in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings, along with newborn-to-adult care experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
