Job Summary
Deliver virtual comprehensive care to urgent care patients across the lifespan. Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams; evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions; order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and document treatment plans; manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients; coordinate consultations or referrals as needed; educate patients and families on treatment plans; maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices; provide cross-coverage for lab-result reviews; offer scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
