Job Summary
Deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, working closely with provider and support teams in an urgent care/primary care setting. Requires Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner with active NP license and multi-state licensure, board certification, and 3+ years in high-volume urgent or primary care. Role supports a remote-first culture with home-office reimbursement and requires license maintenance, proficiency with EMR, strong communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills. Eligible candidates will have multiple active state licenses and maintain Medicare participation; prior telemedicine or Athena EMR experience is a plus. Schedule includes full-time 40 hours/week with evening/weekend rotation; shift details managed by the team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- RN licensure in accordance with state requirements
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
