Job Summary
Deliver virtual comprehensive urgent/primary care to patients across all ages from a remote-enabled practice. Role combines high-volume patient care with collaboration in an integrated medical team, leveraging telemedicine and EMR tools (e.g., Athena EMR). Requires board-certified FNP with multi-state licensure, RN/NP licensure in good standing, and 3+ years of urgent or primary care experience. Responsibilities include providing broad-scope clinical care, maintaining Medicare status, and delivering high-quality patient engagement with strong communication and teamwork. Remote-first environment with 40-hour weeks (full-time) and structured scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays) in a regulated state-licensure landscape. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
